These tortillas are the real deal. Very small shop and a bit of a drive for me but they are truly worth it. I made home made carnita tacos, rice, beans and salsa de molcajete but what I can't get perfect are tortillas but these came together for the perfect dinner. There is something magical about the chew factor, when paired with any grilled meat, or made into an enchilada. They make tortillas in the traditional size, as well as the popular street taco size.
